Colorado Bureau of Investigations (CBI) has implemented a new Statewide Digital Fingerprinting Process known as CABS (Colorado Applicant Background Services). This program began Monday September 24, 2018. Glendale Police no longer does fingerprints for backgrounds, security guards or any other licenses.
