We only require two sets of plans submitted with a building permit application. In the past, we required three sets of plans but now we also submit the plans for the Fire Department.
Please call Madeline Gauthier in the Building Department. We require 48 hours notice and a fee of $250.00.

Plan Review = 65% of Permit Fees.
Use Tax = Valuation x 0.6 x 0.0375.
Arapahoe Open Space Tax = Valuation x 0.6 x 0.0025.
Yes, we require all contractors to be licensed with the City. Please go to the Contractor Licensing page for the correct type of application.
